We loaded up our 1967 NHRA Super Stock Camaro and headed over to Gateway International Raceway for the final night of test and tune on Friday night Oct 20th, 2007 to see how this new 428 cubic inch naturally aspirated engine would run.
First run off the trailer with our 3200 pound car was 9.83 at 136 mph and second run was 9.78 and because the track was packed, those were the only runs we got. We expect with a little tuning there was room for improvement.
