What is your return policy?
If a product arrived defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product (or the wrong size) and it's our fault:
Call us within 30 days of the order's reception date to arrange a way to return the order at no cost. We will either refund your order, including shipping fees, provided that the returned item(s) are received back in their original package if applicable. If the item in question is a t-shirt, it must be sent back in "as-new" condition.

What is your cancellation policy?
We can cancel any order that is not marked as "Processed". Once it's shipped, it's too late.

How much does shipping cost? How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is Free on orders processed though this website. Some products, such as hazardous materials do require a special handling fees which are specified at checkout.
There is a standard handling fee of $10.95 that is applied on most orders. We do not charge shipping or handling on books, manuals, videos and t-shirts.
Will I be charged any tax on my order?
The amount of tax you are charged is based on the state or province of the shipping address of your order:
Only Missouri residents are charged sales tax (Rate: 7.741%) on their orders. Shipping & Handling charges are nontaxable.

How do I find a product on your online store?
There are 4 ways to locate a product on our website.
1. Drill down through part department and category. Use the department menu located on the left side of page.
2. By brand. Use the brand menu located on the left side of page.
3. Search. Use the search box located at the top-left of page. Enter keyword(s) or part number. You can also use our advanced search feature by selecting the link located under the search box.
4. Browse product directory. A link to the product directory is located under the customer service menu.
Is the information listed on wisespeedshop.com 100% accurate?
Although we check our information very carefully before adding a product to our website, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
What type of warranty do you offer on products?
Wise Speed Shop warrants any item purchased to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 180 days from purchase. Wise Speed Shop will replace the defective item or refund the purchase price. In addition, many of our products carry extended manufacturer's warranties. The warranty period will be noted with the particular product. Note: Defective merchandise must be returned with the completed warrantee tag (if it has one).

Why do I need to create an account on your site?
Your account will allow you to view your order history, showing previous orders you have placed using your account as well as order status so you can see if your order has shipped. If applicable, you will be able to get your tracking number for your orders.

I lost my password, how can I retreive it?
No Problem. Please visit our recover password page. And follow the instructions.
What are the status catagories for an order?
- Failed - The order was started but never completed.
- Queued - The order is placed. Awaiting confirmation call for payment information.
- Processed - The order was received and processed. It's awaiting shipping.
- Completed - Order has left our warehouse and is on it's way to you.
The order status will be located at the top of your invoice that is emailed to the address that you specified when you created an account.
